These terms govern your use of Carbyn and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown with free shipping included and are charged in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates (typically 7–12 business days) are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for details.

Returns

Our 30-day return policy is set out on the Returns page and forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
